Hi and Welcome to LearnFrenchReviews.com!
I created this site because I'm just like you. About a year ago now, I decided I was going to learn French. Not being one to waste time, I set about finding the simplest, easiest and most comprehensive ways to learn French. So I went on the internet (Much like you have probably been doing) to see what I could find. I bought just about every course I could and studied up.
A few months later, I headed off to France, confident that I could get by with what French I knew. Well, after several weeks in Paris and Caen, the results are in. I was able to work out which programs helped me the most and which programs didn't really do what they claimed.
So have a look below and what I found to be the best 3 tools for learning French!

I now highly recommend Rocket French to everyone who asks me about which package to buy. But recently, I've had a lot of people ask me about the best way to use Rocket French. You see, while it is excellent, there are a lot of components to it. And if you're not experienced at learning languages, you can quickly become confused.
So what I've done is put together a report on how to most efficiently use Rocket French. If you purchase it from the link below, email me your receipt and I'll forward you the bonus right away.
And if you have any questions whatsoever, don't hesitate to send me an email!

If you have already purchased Rocket French, but would like the report anyway, email me and maybe we can come to some sort of arrangement, but to guarantee your copy, use the following link:

Rocket French is the "new kid on the block" and I wish it had come out earlier! Unlike all the other programs I found, Rocket French combines both audio and software, in the one package.
I found this great, because I could play the games on my computer if I was feeling bored and then I could listen to the 13 hours of mp3's while I was on the way to work or even just going for a jog.
Rocket French is also great because it focuses on actual spoken French. While there is a large grammar guide, I suggest you forget about that and just focus on the audio and software. Thanks to Rocket French, I was told quite a few times that I was actually speaking "real" French. Something the French don't hear very often in foreigners.
The forum is also handy, because if you have a question or just need a hand with something, there is always a native French speaker around to help you out.
Strangely enough, this is also the cheapest product, but it's also my favorite, which is pretty cool, as a lot of the other products are very pricey.

While it's definitely not for the cheapskates out there, (Not allowed to mention name) is quite potent. It is software based, which means you have to sit at your computer and learn by using the software.
The software is pretty easy to use and I found it quite useful. The only downside is that there are 3 parts to _____ _____ and you have to pay again and again if you want them all.
I only ever bought the part 1 and I was a little disappointed with how much I could learn. I think to get the full benefit of this, you would need to buy the full 3 part version, which would get quite expensive at around 5 times Rocket French
So while it is a good package for those of you who have large wallets, for everyone else, I recommend Rocket French.

Last, and least is Pimsleur French . This may be a good enough product to learn French, but it's just too expensive for most people. To get a similar experience to Rocket French, you would need to spend at least $900 for the full Pimsleur set. Which is far too expensive in my opinion.
However, if price is not an issue, then I would recommend buying all 3. Don't get me wrong Pimsleur is a great package. There are around 100 lessons that go for around 20 minutes each.
So while this is a powerful package, I just can't recommend it to normal people because of it's excessive price tag.
